We produce a large amount of custom wooden cylinders for various industries. We have created custom wooden cylinders to suit wine, spirits, food, tea and many other products.
The most popular wooden cylinder we produce is the simple birch wooden cylinder as pictured. This cylinder is made from a soft birch material wrapped around an upper and lower panel creating the cylindrical shape. The cylinder is generally held closed by a button and leather strap which can come in different styles and colours if required. Other closure styles are available such as ribbon or elastic style (images available upon request).
The birch cylinders can be custom made with screen printing, hot stamping or laser engraved text or logos, this process is done offshore and requires an order of 200 or more. Lead times on this option can be 6-8 weeks.
